Tech Crowd was founded in 2012 as a technology partner for Malaysian SMBs. We spent the first half of our existence building bespoke tooling for venue operators — the team kept ending up on Friday nights solving the same five problems for different clubs.
In 2021 we consolidated those tools into one product: the venue operations OS that now runs at 40+ Malaysian venues. Tables, POS, members and analytics — built for the speed of nightlife, not the calm of a lunchtime restaurant.
We're headquartered in Puchong, with engineers across the Klang Valley and partner extensions across Southeast Asia. Every release ships after live floor testing with at least one customer venue.
